A journey to a meaningful destination
As a rapidly growing camper-sharing platform, we operate in 6 countries (Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, and France). With over 10,000 campervans, inspiring content, and additional products like our own daily insurance, we connect campervan owners and enthusiasts. In this internship, you will have the opportunity to become an expert in customer contact, business development, and negotiation, primarily focusing on solution-oriented thinking. We highly value the input of our employees, giving you the chance to influence processes within the company.
About the internship
Duration: Preferably 4 - 6 months starting from February or March 2024, but we are open to discuss your preference and study requirements
Availability: You are available to work within the company at least 4 days per week, alongside your assignments.
Location: The internship is not based in the UK. We believe in the freedom of working anywhere (as long as there’s wifi…). Even though remote working is our preferred option most days, we also have office space in Utrecht and access to co-working places all over the world.
This could be your day
As our Support Intern, your day will be a mix of customer contact, creativity and a touch of camper-inspired humour. Here is an overview of how your days could look while working remotely:
Become an expert in customer support via email, phone, or WhatsApp! Whenever there's a question, you are the first point of contact and are ready to assist the customer immediately.
No damage too big and no dispute too complicated. You guide users in resolving damage claims and disputes.
Help and guide new renters with their camper ads on the platform. With your guidance, they confidently embark on their adventure in the world of campervan rentals.
Ensure smooth payment transactions. As the payment administrator, you are the one who keeps things running smoothly so everyone can travel worry-free.
Use our own insight and feedback from users to come up with improvements!

This describes you
You are following a relevant education in the Netherlands (HBO/MBO/WO) and you are looking for an internship as a mandatory part of your study from February/March 2024.
You are registered in the Netherlands for the internship duration.
You possess good interpersonal and communication skills to establish positive connections with colleagues and customers.
You have a proactive work style and are eager to learn.
Having a British background or having in-depth knowledge of British culture is a valuable asset.
