After Italy, Belgium, the UK and the Netherlands, this year we will also conquer France and Germany. Therefore we are looking for a new Country Manager France to build, manage and scale up Goboony in France. A Country Manager who will strengthen our foundation in this new country.

This could be your day

  • You will be the captain of the new French team and responsible for setting up and managing the business in your country.
  • You will also have the best ideas on how to find talent and create an enthusiastic and ambitious country team.
  • You make informed decisions, have an infectious enthusiasm and know what's best for the future of Goboony and our employees.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mentality and identify opportunities early on. Together with the help of your team and the marketing team, you respond immediately.
  • You will set up and scale up our operational processes in cooperation with the new team, which we will hire together.
  • You will have the freedom and confidence to scale up the business in France and increase customer satisfaction according to your ideas.

You will work closely with your country team (4-8 colleagues), the marketing team, the Chief Operations and the Chief of Growth.

Job requirements

What do you like to do & what have you already done

  • You have an entrepreneurial mentality and people describe you as 'down to earth'.
  • You have experience in setting up or growing a business in France.
  • You are someone who empowers and supports the team. You lead from that direction.
  • So you are a real people manager, not a 'boss' and you create peace within the team.
  • You are structured, well-organised and have a great sense of responsibility.
  • You feel comfortable working towards targets/business objectives.
  • You are analytical and solution-oriented.
  • You are passionate about travelling, sharing and doing well, just like us.
  • Your mother tongue is French, but you also have good communication skills in English.
  • You know the ins and outs of France.
