We are looking for a Recruiter with a unique, innovative recruitment vision. Together with our Head of People, you will play a central role in our plans to scale even further within Europe. We will build our team to become the biggest (and best!) player in Europe. With happy and satisfied colleagues as the most important goal.

This could be your day

You dream of giving our candidates the best possible candidate experience and therefore make the whole recruitment process good and original. In the morning, you take the first steps and organise a meeting with colleagues who want to be involved. After this meeting, a number of telephone screenings are planned with new applicants for the Data role and you'll be energised to see if there's a first match. In all your actions, you ensure timely communication with our candidates during the application process, in line with our cultural values.

As a real people person, you call some candidates you spoke to last week who will not make it to the next round, but even after your call they are still enthusiastic about Goboony.

In the afternoon you have time to spread our vacancies online and make them visible for the right target group. You also know how to actively approach the right candidates to create quality funnels.

You finish the day by developing and implementing exciting employer branding initiatives to further market Goboony as an employer, together with some marketing colleagues.

Job requirements

What do you like to do & what have you already done

  • You have about 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-growing and international environment.

  • You were responsible for the whole process before, from the creation of a vacancy to the onboarding of all our new colleagues.

  • You are very eager and motivated to learn new things.

  • Your feelers ensure that you quickly sense whether a candidate is a good fit for the role and fits in with our team.

  • Able to manage multiple projects within a fast growing environment.

  • You are solution oriented with a positive attitude, people often describe you as a relationship builder.

  • You speak and write English fluently.
