What you will do

As a Sales Agent you join our German country team. Germany is a relatively new market to us and we’re looking for a German speaking colleague that gets excited about growing the German market with us. You will be responsible for:

• You will be our lead caller for the German market at Yescapa and Goboony
• You will take the lead in contacting potential motorhome owners, seizing opportunities by promptly responding to incoming leads.
• You will craft engaging emails and inspire motorhome owners with the benefits of joining our platform, Yescapa and Goboony.
• You'll show motorhome owners why our platforms are the ideal solution for their needs.
• Your role involves quick follow-up with leads, addressing queries, overcoming objections, and guiding them through the onboarding process.
• You'll also ensure that we maintain high-quality supply by attracting and onboarding motorhome owners who meet our standards.

This describes you

• You already have 1 to 2 years of experience in sales as lead caller.

• You are not afraid to speak, and convince our potentional customers why they need to join our platform.

• Your helpfulness, but above all your persuasiveness, makes a difference and resonates with people.

• A go-getter attitude with a high motivation for achieving and surpassing the targets.

• Exceptional communication skills – your charisma shines through the phone!

• You are eager to leave your mark in a growing scale-up.

• You can adapt to different target groups and your empathy and flexibility, ensure that you offer the best service to new customers.

• Autonomy and working independently do not frighten you, in other words, we do not need to hold your hand for long.

• Your mother tongue is German and you are also fluent in English (in speaking and writing).
  

Important: you're based in and eligible to work in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, United Kingdom, or Germany. These are the countries in which we can employ people. We are not able to sponsor visas at the moment.

We hope the chance to become part of Europe’s fastest-growing camper platform already gets you excited about the road ahead. On top of that we offer a fixed salary between 2.300 - 2.900 euro gross (gross) per month and awesome benefits:

• Flexible work with the opportunity to work fully remote, or in a co-working office space (Spaces) depending on your location, or both.

• You will receive a Macbook to work on from you (camper) home or anywhere else!

• Fully paid camping-working trips with the team each year.

• Annual team credit of €300 to do something fun, like going on a workation together.

• We also want you to experience the freedom that we like to give each other: therefore, you can experience life on the road by yourself by taking one of our campervans on a trip for a weekend.

• We don’t count holidays. We believe in responsibility for your job, your private life and a healthy combination of both. We advise taking at least 25 days. But you are free to plan your free time how it suits you and the team (fully paid).

• Plenty of opportunities for personal growth and development, including a personal training budget (depending on your level of experience).
