What does the role look like?

This is an internship position as Customer Support Agent - Italy. In this role, you will learn the mechanisms of an European digital platform, providing excellent customer support to Italian-speaking users through phone, email, and chat, as well as handling requests and complaints. You will also contribute to improve and maintain a good conversion rate to support marketing and sales efforts in Italy.

Location: Fully remote or Bordeaux (France)

Now let's talk about you

  • Fluent in Italian and have a good level of English.

  • You are eligible to do an internship.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Patient and empathetic with a positive attitude.

  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.

  • Customer service or support experience is a plus but not required.

  • Comfortable with working remotely and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of the travel or tourism industry is a plus.

Important: you're based in and eligible to work in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, United Kingdom, or Germany. These are the countries in which we can employ people. Depending on where you live you would be hired by Yescapa or Goboony.
